Ordering and Shipping Information

SHIPPING POLICY:  We appreciate every customer that purchases products from us and we try to remember how we want to be treated, therefore, we take up most care to make your shopping experience as fruitful, less stressful, and free of problems.  We do try to ship within 3 days, however, many of our items are handmade and can take longer up to 14 days or longer.  If you need to return a product due to an error on the customer's part, shipping must be paid by the customer for the return, as well as for the shipment of the correct product.  If we send the wrong item, we will cover all shipping expenses.

We ship all Orders via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or by Special request we can ship via  FedEx or UPS.
